Dear Sindy Committee, 

On behalf of the staff of the Geneva Red Cross, we wish to convey to the Sindy Organizing Committee our warmest thanks for a very successful Geneva Red Cross-Sindy cooperation during Sindy's Big Blue Party on the Geneva Boat on September 21, 2001.

During this collaboration, Sindy kindly volunteered its resources, time, and efforts, to allow our association build awareness for its activities, raise funds and enroll volunteers and new members.

The Geneva Red Cross wants also to express its gratitude to the many guests present at the party for their generosity. The sum of SF 716.- was generously donated by the guests. The Sindy Committee further contributed the sum of SF 750-, thus bringing the grand total to SF 1'466-. This money will be allocated to our service "Le Chaperon Rouge" (the Red Riding Hood) and will help single mothers in difficulty, by giving them the chance to afford someone to look after their children while they have to go to work.

Finally, our staff appreciated very much the party and the atmosphere you created.

We look forward to continuing this collaboration with you.
